All properties within the Coyote Springs Community Association are subject to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's). Among other areas, these CCRs regulate property maintenance and any physical modifications or additions. All new construction and any changes to existing properties in areas covered by the CCRs and Design Standards must be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee.

All of Coyote Springs is in an elevated fire risk area. It is highly recommended that any new construction comply with Oregon Building Standards for fire resistant construction. See the text of ORSC R327 attached below.
