About the CSCA
The Coyote Springs Community Association is established by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions embedded in the property record. Association membership by the properties in the community is required. Participation is voluntary. CSCA Meetings are scheduled annually.
CSCS dues for 2026 are $215.00. Due by February 1
The annual community meeting is scheduled on February 7 at 9:30 AM
in the Community Room at the Fire Hall
The CSCA Board consists of volunteers from the neighborhood. Current members are:
